Standard delivery is free within England, Scotland and Wales on all orders, excluding certain remote and offshore locations.
Delivery to Northern Ireland and offshore locations is subject to additional fees (listed below) and excludes certain items due to size.
Items under 30kg are delivered via reliable couriers: Parcelforce, DHL and DPD.
Items over 30kg are delivered by a 2-man crew to your room of choice (subject to exclusions, more information below).
Delivery time depends on the product and it is indicated on the product page below the price.
Unpacking and assembly services are available for an additional fee when applicable.
Returns are accepted. After receiving the item you have 14 days to request a return. Please read the full return policy for more information.
If the item arrives damaged or defective we offer options such as partial refund, replacement, repair or free return and full refund. Please check all items on arrival and inform us of any issues immediately.
The estimated delivery time is indicated on the product page below the price. It is also listed in the confirmation email after you place an order.
Some items are sourced from external warehouses and directly from suppliers/manufacturers therefore delivery time varies.
We also allow pre-order purchases for items that will be available in the coming months.
All delivery timeframes are provided in good faith, based on estimates given by our suppliers and transport providers. However, due to the complexity of the logistics process and factors outside of our control, they are not guaranteed. We’re working hard to minimise delays and will keep you informed about the progress of your order and possible setbacks.
In case of long delays, we will usually offer partial refunds as compensation, as we take customer satisfaction very seriously. Naturally, you are also free to cancel the order at any point and receive a full refund, should you decide you don’t want to wait.
If you would like to postpone your delivery and receive the order later than our estimated time, it can be arranged. However, please inform us about this before placing the order.
Most items under 30kg are delivered by trusted couriers within the timeframe indicated on the product page. Once the item is dispatched, you will receive a notification with a tracking number and further email/text notifications directly from the carrier.
Please keep an eye on the tracking to ensure you receive the goods. If the first delivery attempt is unsuccessful, there are options to schedule another attempt or redirect the parcel to a neighbour or pick-up location.
We strongly recommend providing a mobile phone number while placing the order to make sure you receive all notifications about your parcel delivery.
All items too heavy, large or fragile for courier shipping are delivered by a 2-man crew to your room of choice. The type of delivery is indicated on the product page.
Postcodes IV, KW, PA, PH and offshore locations are excluded. Delivery of bulky items to these areas is only possible via pallet courier and it is subject to individual approval and additional shipping costs.
Delivery is possible up to the 2nd floor without a lift. If you require delivery to a higher floor, please contact us for possible solutions.
Once your order is ready, you will be contacted by the delivery company with a scheduled delivery date. If the date is not suitable, other dates will be proposed. The delivery will only proceed if the customer accepts the date.
If you are not able to take delivery within 30 days of the first suggested date, we reserve the right to cancel the order. This doesn't apply if postponed delivery has been agreed upon before placing the order.
One day before delivery, you will receive a 3-hour time slot, and the drivers will call half an hour before arrival. If there is any delay you will be informed immediately.
It is the customer's responsibility to be present or to have a person designated by the customer present, at the time of delivery previously arranged with the delivery company. If there is nobody at the address at the pre-arranged delivery time or delivery is not possible due to the customer's fault, subsequent attempts can be arranged, but redelivery fees apply.
The fees are based on the actual costs of shipping (minimum £48) and will be communicated before scheduling redelivery.
If you need to reschedule your delivery, you can do so by 5:00 p.m. on the day the time slot notification is received, otherwise, redelivery fees apply.

The crew will do a walk-through to check the risk of damage to the product or your property and may ask you to sign a liability waiver if you wish to proceed. This doesn’t affect your statutory rights.

All items come in protective packaging to ensure safe transport. Some of the products like dining tables require partial or full assembly. This is indicated on the product page.
For the large items that are delivered by a 2-man crew, we offer unpacking, rubbish removal and assembly services which can be selected at checkout. Please note that the assembly doesn’t include wall mounting. These services are not refundable if completed. You can find the pricing information in the chart below.

It ascertains that the delivery crew will bring the parcel inside your home/flat and place it in the desired location. Items under 30kg and suitable for courier shipping are delivered to offshore UK locations free of charge. Larger items are shipped on pallets and they are subject to additional fees and slightly extended delivery time. You can find the pricing information in the chart below.
With pallet shipping, we will contact you before dispatch to confirm that you are ready to take delivery within the next few days. Afterwards, you will be contacted by the shipping company to book a delivery date.
Please note that the delivery driver will only bring the pallet as close to your doorstep as possible with a pallet truck. The driver is not required to help you unpack the pallet, carry the items inside or take away the empty pallet. We advise you to arrange adequate help for handling the items especially if you are elderly or disabled.

Items over 200cm long are excluded from the pallet shipping option and can't be delivered to offshore locations.
At the moment we are not offering delivery outside the UK. We can deliver to a UK based shipping company of your choice which can forward the goods to your location at your own cost and risk.

Disposal of your old furniture can be carried out on the same day as delivery of your new items if scheduled in time.
